Growth mindset is key...

As you may have guessed by the title this blog post is about creating a growth mindset... I believe that it is important to encourage this in the classroom! Children need to be and feel motivated whether it is by the class teacher, the teaching assistant, other peers or by parents. By encouraging this mindset you will develop a resilient learner which is a critical life skill. This has certainly become a part of my teaching philosophy and I plan to emphasis this in my next teaching practice.
